#'s 3 and 4: I am listening to 'This Book Will Save Your Life' by A. M. Homes. I am simultaneously reading 'The Book Thief' by Markus Zusak. First impressions: 'This Book...' is written with a quirky style; all at once wholly real and magical. The main character is sympathetic and yet ridiculous. It is relatable and far away. I am enjoying every minute. 'The Book Thief' is breath stealing. It is a tough read. I have gotten through 100 pages already, and yet each section seems to pierce my skin and my heart. It is dangerous and creepy but also beautiful and moving. This weekend promises snowy weather so I anticipate forward movement with both.
